Online Ticket System
amasol AG offers an online ticket system
There you can
1. create new tickets
2. list and filter your tickets
3. display ticket details
4. close tickets
Please request your account data from amasol support via phone.
Remote Support
For many of our support customers we use VPN remote access for quick diagnosis and error handling. Please contact us at support@amasol.de, if you want to establish a VPN connection as well.
If VPN access is not possible, we offer remote diagnostics via Netviewer or webex. Alternatively we can use any remote software that is accepted by your company.
