How long comments are stored
The comments and the associated data (e.g. IP address) are stored and remain on our website until the content commented upon has been completely deleted or the comments are required to be removed for legal reasons (slander, etc.).
The comments are stored based on your consent per Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time with future effect. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.
5 • Analytics
Our website uses the analysis tool Dynatrace. The application runs exclusively on our own servers and does not transmit any data to Dynatrace. The data can be used to create user profiles under a pseudonym. Cookies will be used for this purpose. Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of your Internet browser. Cookies make it possible to recognize your browser again. The collected data will not be used to personally identify visitors to our website without the separately given consent of the person concerned and will not be combined with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym.
Cookies remain on your terminal until you delete them. Dynatrace cookies are stored in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the anonymised analysis of user behaviour in order to optimise his website.
In addition, by enabling your browser's Do Not Track feature, you can ensure that no personal information is collected.
Further information can be found on the Dynatrace website in the Data Privacy and Security section: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/data-privacy-and-security/
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics enables the website operator to analyze the behavior of website visitors. The website operator receives various usage data, such as Page views, length of stay, operating systems used and origin of the user. This data may be combined by Google in a profile that is assigned to the respective user or their device.
Google Analytics uses technologies that enable the user to be recognized for the purpose of analyzing user behavior (e.g. cookies or device fingerprinting). The information collected by Google about the use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
This analysis tool is used on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR; the consent can be revoked at any time.
We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. As a result, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is transmitted to the USA. The full IP address is only transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
You can prevent Google from collecting and processing your data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can find more information on how Google Analytics handles user data in Google's data protection declaration: support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245.
We have concluded an order processing contract with Google and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.
Data stored by Google at user and event level that are linked to cookies, user IDs (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs (e.g. DoubleClick cookies, Android advertising ID) are anonymized after 26 months or deleted. You can find details on this under the following link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7667196?hl=de
Simultaneously with the use of Google Analytics, amasol AG uses the service Leadfeeder, which is operated by Liidio Oy / Leadfeeder, Mikonkatu 17 C, 00100 Helsinki, Finland. Leadfeeder accesses the list of IP addresses of website visitors provided by Google Analytics in the evaluation and links the list of IP addresses with information about the companies that can be found on the Internet under these IP addresses. Due to the shortening of the IP addresses of the website visitors, which is already carried out when using Google Analytics, a direct reference to a person is not established. A reference to a person can be assumed when reviewing the linked company information.

The data you enter for newsletter subscription (e.g. e-mail address) will be stored on CleverReach's servers in Germany and Ireland.
Our newsletters sent out with CleverReach enable us to analyse the behaviour of newsletter recipients. Among other things, it is possible to analyze how many recipients have opened the newsletter message and how often which link was clicked in the newsletter. With the help of the so-called conversion tracking it can also be analyzed whether a pre-defined action (e.g. purchase of a product on our website) has taken place after clicking on the link in the newsletter. For more information on data analysis by CleverReach newsletter, please visit: https://www.cleverreach.com/de/funktionen/reporting-und-tracking/.

If you do not want CleverReach to analyze your data, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide an appropriate link in every newsletter message.
The data you provide us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from both our servers and CleverReach's servers after you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
